It is made for reenactment, living history, display and costume. Full-contact sports such as HEMA or buhurt have their own safety rules, so check with your club or event before using it there.

Who makes this piece, and where does it ship from?

It is made to order by hand in our partner workshops in India. Some pieces are assembled in Poland, and every order is shipped from Poland by Margrex.

When will it arrive?

Each piece is made for you, which takes 2 to 4 weeks, and is then shipped from Poland. Delivery to the UK usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Question 4

How much is shipping, and will I pay customs?

Shipping is a flat €35, tracked and insured. Orders within the EU have no customs formalities. Outside the EU, for example the UK, Switzerland or the US, the destination country may charge import VAT or duty, payable by the recipient.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund. Unused, undamaged pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with return postage paid by you unless the piece is faulty. Pieces made to your own measurements can only be returned if they are faulty or not as described.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer. When you place your order we show our account details and a payment reference, and we dispatch your order once the payment reaches our account.

Can I change the size or details?

Often, yes. Add your measurements or requests in the personalisation box when you order, or send us a custom-work request first, and we will confirm with our partner workshop what can be made, and the price, before you pay.

What if it arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as you can, ideally within 14 days of delivery, with a few photos, and we will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Your 2-year legal guarantee applies in full, and every piece also carries our 12-month workmanship guarantee.
