Question 1

How long does delivery to Belgium take?

Accepted Answer

Each piece is forged to order in 2–4 weeks. Once it is dispatched, delivery to Belgium takes 4–8 business days, with tracking by email.

Question 2

Will I pay customs or import tax?

Accepted Answer

Poland and your country are both in the European Union, so your parcel travels without customs checks or import charges. Local taxes are included where applicable.

Question 3

Can I return a piece?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Bespoke commissions made to your measurements are non-returnable unless faulty.
